汇舸环保携手华商能源布局船舶清洁能源产业

2025年1月21日，上海汇舸环保科技集团股份有限公司（以下简称“汇舸环保”）旗下Wavelength Technology Center, Lda,(以下简称“Wavelength”)和华商能源科技股份有限公司(以下简称“华商能源”)在香港正式签订了关于船舶清洁能源的战略合作框架协议。

汇舸环保执行董事兼CEO赵明珠，执行董事兼CFO 舒华东和华商能源执行董事兼行政总裁詹华锋，CFO谢少华等管理层出席了签约仪式。

双方先参观了香港友联展厅，随后相互介绍了业务情况并深入探讨合作机会；双方同意在互利互惠的基础上，利用各自优势，提升市场竞争力，争取更多的销售业绩；并一致表示在全球脱碳减排的大形势下，加强合作,一起引领船舶清洁能源产业是双方共同的愿望及核心理念。

On Jan.21 2025, Wavelength Technology Center, Lda, (hereinafter referred to as “Wavelength”), affiliated to ContiOcean Environment Tech Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “ContiOcean”) formally signed a strategic cooperation frame agreement on Marine Clean Energy Industry with CM Energy Tech Co., Ltd, (hereinafter referred to as “CM Energy”) in Hong Kong.

Executive Director & CEO Mingzhu Zhao, Executive Director & CFO Laurence Shu of ContiOcean together with Executive Director and CEO Huafeng Zhan, CFO Shaohua Xie of CM Energy and other management attended the signing ceremony.

The two parties first visited the Hong Kong Youlian Exhibition Hall, then made a business introduction for each other, discussed the in-depth cooperation opportunities and mutually agreed to capitalize on their respective advantages to enhance market competitiveness and strived for increased sales performance, based on a foundation of mutual benefit. They also expressed that it was the common aspiration and core value to strengthen cooperation and jointly lead the marine clean energy industry, under the general situation of global decarbonization and emission reduction.
