汇舸环保首台(套)船舶余热回收系统成功交付,航运节能实现新突破!

近日,上海汇舸环保科技集团股份有限公司(以下简称“汇舸环保”成功交付首台(套)7000PCTC 船舶余热回收系统,为航运业的绿色转型再添新动力!该系统通过回收船舶主机运行时产生的废热,并将其转化为电能,有效降低船舶运行中的能源损耗,助力航运业节能减排。

在项目实施过程中,汇舸团队充分考虑船舶机舱空间紧凑的特点,依据机舱布局进行定制化设计,优化撬块外形,有效解决机舱空间限制问题。

此外,该撬块采用可拆式设计,实现了拆解进舱、舱内组装的方式,大大缩短安装时间,提高施工效率。

船舶余热回收系统是汇舸环保最新推出的船舶节能装置之一。

该系统采用先进ORC技术,利用船舶的废热源,包括烟气、缸套水、空气冷却器等,通过有机工质的蒸发膨胀驱动透平发电机,进而将废热转化为电能。

整体系统由热源收集、工质蒸发、蒸汽驱动及冷凝再循环四大结构组成。

此外,汇舸环保针对船舶使用条件对整体系统进行了多方面的优化,使其具备以下五大核心优势

高效节能:采用高热电转化一体式透平发电机,热电转化效率高,系统电损耗率低。

稳定可靠:系统配备无需润滑油式膨胀透平发电机,大大降低系统维护频率。

结构紧凑:撬块设计,结构紧凑,安装方便,且可根据舱体实际布局进行定制化设计,满足空间要求。

绿色环保:采用环保工质,不燃、无毒,且沸点低,仅需75℃以上低品位热源即可实现发电。

智能高效:高度自动化设计,一键启停,支持数据存储与回放功能。

ContiOcean successfully delivered its first (set of) ship waste heat recovery system, marking a new breakthrough in maritime energy conservation!

Recently, ContiOcean® Environment Tech Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ContiOcean") successfully delivered its first (set of) 7000PCTC ship waste heat recovery system, adding new impetus to the green transformation of the marine industry! The system recovers waste heat generated during the operation of the ship's main engine and converts it into electrical energy. It can effectively reduce energy consumption during ship operation and contribute to energy-saving and emission-reduction efforts in the shipping sector.

During the project implementation, the ContiOcean team fully considered the compact space of the ship's engine room and customized the design based on the engine room layout. By optimizing the shape of the skid-mounted unit, they effectively resolved the issue of limited space in the engine room. In addition, the skid-mounted unit features a detachable design, enabling disassembly for entry into the engine room and assembly inside, which significantly reduces installation time and improves construction efficiency.

The ship waste heat recovery system is one of the latest energy-saving devices- launched by ContiOcean. The system employs advanced ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle) technology to utilize waste heat sources from ships, including flue gas, jacket water, and air coolers. It drives a turbine generator through the evaporation and expansion of an organic working fluid, thereby converting waste heat into electricity.

The system consists of four major components: heat source collection, working fluid evaporation, Vapor drive(on Turbine), and condensation and recirculation. Moreover, ContiOcean has optimized the overall system in multiple aspects based on ship usage conditions, making it with the following five core advantages:

High Energy Efficiency: The system uses a high-efficiency thermoelectric conversion turbine generator with high thermoelectric conversion efficiency and low electrical loss rate.

Stable and Reliable: Equipped with a lubrication-free expansion turbine generator, the system significantly reduces maintenance frequency.

Compact Structure: Skid-mounted design, with compact structure, easy installation, and is customizable according to the actual layout of the engine room to meet space requirements.

Environmentally Friendly: Uses environmentally friendly working fluid that is non-flammable, non-toxic, and has a low boiling point, requiring only low-grade heat sources above 75°C for power generation.

Intelligent and Efficient: Highly automated design with one-button start/stop function and support for data storage and playback.

The successful delivery of the first (set of) 7000PCTC ship waste heat recovery system marks another significant breakthrough for ContiOcean in the field of ship energy-saving and carbon reduction.
